Our Traineeship
As a team with varied levels of experience we are able to offer practical on the job training with ongoing support and study assistance while working towards a qualification in Pest Management.
The traineeship offers a nationally recognised qualification and is over seen by the apprentice board during your time of study, leading to full Cert III - Pest Management Technicians License

The Position
All our technicians are trained to the highest level and provided with:
• All tools and equipment required
• Work vehicle inc fuel costs and maintenance
• Uniform including PPE
• Mobile work phone
• Work schedules and reporting systems accessed via work mobile
• Support from our schedulers and supervisors
• Access to a wealth of industry knowledge
• Offer of overtime during busy season
• Technicians are not required to attend the office daily
• Family friendly life balance (including Christmas leave)
• Starting salary $51000 inc super, raising through stages of traineeship to fully qualified

Responsibilities & Requirements:
You will be responsible for conducting pest inspections and treatments, in accordance with Regulatory Standards and company policy & procedures.
The following are essential for all applicants:
• Current manual driver’s license (Required)
• Current police clearance
• Mechanically minded with good understanding of numeracy
• Adaptable, punctual, flexible and reliable
• Problem solving skills ability to think outside the box
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work efficiently unsupervised and as part of a team
