Happy Birthday to the person who completely changed Brand-Aid into a company that consistently brings happiness to our team and clients - Anastasia Aleksandrovich a_l_e_k_s_a_c_h_k_a, our Marketing Coordinator.

Anastasia has been with us for 2 years already (wow !!! time flies) and has taken brand-aid to new heights: she's been coordinating tasks, looking after the team and clients and efficiency of all projects.

On the 24th of February, Anastasia fled her home in Mariupol, Ukraine, due to the Russian invasion. Since then, she has been travelling between cities and countries (currently between Moldova and France). But despite relocation and continuous adventures, Anastasia didn't stop looking after our clients, showed tremendous courage and could stay positive through all difficulties she faced! From Brand-Aid's team: thank you so much, for being the great YOU, for staying on top of all processes, and for genuinely caring about brand-aid and all our projects! WHY MY HASHTAGS ARE NOT WORKING?

It's a very common problem to have… If you can’t figure out why your hashtags aren’t working, here are the reasons👇

🔻 You don’t post consistently

If you have a regular posting schedule or take a break from Instagram for a while, it’s not surprising that the algorithm won’t show your content to a wider audience. Decide how many times per week you’re ready to post and commit to it! Thus your followers will be more engaged.

🔻 The hashtags you use are not relevant to your content

If you’re frequently using hashtags that have nothing to do with your pictures, the chance that someone will follow you from that method is rather slim. Moreover, before you create content and use hashtags - triple check that your content is actually relevant to this hashtag, eye-catching and interesting.

🔻 The hashtags you use are too popular

If you have 1K followers and you’re using hashtags that ten million other people are using, your post will immediately disappear from the recent hashtags! Start by using hashtags with about 30K – 100K reach and see where that gets you.

🔻 You use flagged or banned hashtags

If you use one of these hashtags “models”, “beauty blogger”, “dm”, your post won’t be shown to the audience. Before you create a hashtags map, make sure you don’t use the hashtags from a banned list!

🔻 Your content is not engaging and competitive
