Cheese & Bacon Cob Loaf
Recipe by: Linda Bates
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 large cob loaf
• 1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 200g bacon, diced
• 1 Tbsp Thyme for Garlic Spice
• 1 Tbsp Outback Ranch Spice
• 250g cream cheese
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup cream
• 1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
Cut 4cm lid off cob loaf and scoop out middle, leaving 1.5cm edge.
Fry off bacon and onion in olive oil. Add spices and stir to combine. Remove from heat. Mix in cream cheese until combined. Add sour cream, cream and tasty cheese and mix well.
Spoon mixture into loaf and replace lid.
Place on a lined backing tray with remaining cob load pieces broken into bite- sized pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and serve warm. Enjoy!
Peanut 🥜 Satay Sauce 🫙 (if you don’t want the nuts just don’t add them)
Ingredients ⬇️
1 Tbs Flavourista Satay Mas spice
1 Tin coconut 🥥 milk 🥛
2 tbs crushed peanuts 🥜
Method ⬇️
Cook meat 🥩 and/or veggies 🥕 (chicken, lamb, fish your choice) with onions, garlic smash oil, Flavourista Satay Mas spice & crushed peanuts. Season with salt and pepper. Add half can coconut milk simmer for 5 mins on low temp. Add left over coconut milk and simmer for a further 3-5 minutes. Cooking time depends on your choice and size of meat/poultry cuttings.

Pineapple Chunk Fudge 🍍
Thermomix Recipe but can also do in a pot 😁
Ingredients 🛒
🍍1 Tablespoon of Flavourista Pineapple Chunk Chocolate Powder
🍍1 Bag of Pineapple Lumbs use as many or as little as you like
🍫200 g milk chocolate melts
🍭200 g sugar
🥫1 can condensed milk
🧈125 g Butter
💦25 g liquid glucose
RECIPE'S PREPARATION 👩🍳
1. Line 25x15 (approx) tin or tray
2. Mill milk chocolate 🍫 melts at speed 9 for 10 seconds. Set aside.
3. Mill sugar at speed 9 for 10 seconds.
5. Add condensed milk 🥛, butter 🧈 and liquid glucose 💦. Cook at 100 degrees 🔥, speed 3 for 8 minutes.
6. Cook at Varoma temperature, speed 2 for 20 minutes.
7. Chop desired amount of Pineapple🍍 lumps
8. Add milled chocolate 🍫and lumps 🍍Mix at speed 3 for 30 seconds.
9. Pour fudge into tin or tray add lumps on top and Refridgerate
10. Once set, cut into 2cm squares and serve.
11. Store in fridge

Banana Split 😱 How Amazing does this one look 😍 and it tastes just as good 👌
Makes 4 Banana Splits 🍌
4 x Bananas (size is your own choice)
1 x Punnet Blueberries (you will have left overs why not bake some blue berry muffins using Grandmas secret spice 🌶)
1 x Punnet Blackberries
1 x Punnet of Rasberries or Strawberries
(You can use fruit of your choice whatever is in season or your favourite mango, strawberries, kiwi fruit, passionfruit, rockmelon etc.)
1 1/2 Cups of Greek Yogurt
2 tbls Dessert Rose Dukkah
1/2 Cup Musli of your choice (optional)
Mint to serve (optional)
Directions ⬇️
Step 1 - Cut bananas down the middle but not all the way through. Open banana and position on your serving plate or dish.
Step 2 - Spread yogurt into the middle of the open banana and top with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and what ever fruit you choose.
Step 3 - Sprinkle over Musli and top with a sprinkle of Dessert Rose Dukkah and mint 👌

Mix cream cheese and pulp place some in tray put frozen passion fruit sauce in the middle and top with more filling and set.
You also have the option of covering the balls with Melted Milk, White or Dark Chocolate 🍫 for an extra bit of endoulgance
