Great to hear the good folk at JOY FM in Melbourne had a wonderful evening celebrating the success of the latest Radiothon and enjoyed our wine! Well done guys and we look forward to hearing our new add go live in the coming days.

DWC are very excited! We are about to release a couple of new vintages!
Our 2010 Chardonnay is a stunner. If you like flavorsome Chardonnay without the weight and richness, this is it. Bright honeysuckle, melon, peach and zesty citrus characters make this wine very moreish. Clean and fresh.
Our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is out too! We leap frogged 2010, (we didn't think much of it), and simply left it out! The 2011 has crisp fine flavors with a finesse that intrigues you. For starters you wish it had more oomph, then you see the refinement and quickly relax into the wonderful simplicity of the wine. Very easy to drink. It's a creeper. This year enjoy the Quality, Taste and Pleasure of Daylesford Wine Co. as we push into the Melbourne marketplace with our new wholesaler Merchant of Vino. You should be DWC wines it in bars, cafe, retailers and restaurants at a venue near you. If not, drop us a line. Cheers!

Last night we enjoyed the warm evening with some chilled 2008 Pinot Rose' and great company. Perfect for this weather and a super match with our rolling BBQ fare. The Rose' paired well with zesty lemon char grilled calamari, thai pork and veal patties and seared rare beef skewers. Quality, Taste & Pleasure.
