β€ Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes
I just used a basic chocolate cupcake recipe, topped them which chocolate butter cream and added a Ferraro Rocher. Was pretty happy with how they look (and taste lol) so will do them again sometime π

β€ Giant Brazilian Cheesepuffs
I made this batch using the bigger muffin tray and they are awesome!
These would be good this size for filling with jam, salmon, chutney or whatever else takes your fancy.

π The Blade Cover Peeler
This accessory to your Thermomix is brilliant if you eat a lot of potatoes as it peels your potatoes. Plus it is also a blade cover which means you can slow cook better, sous vide and its much better for cooking pasta, gnocchi, bones and other things as it protects your cooking from the blades.
I often to a heap of potatoes at a time and store them in water in the fridge - that way they last for a few days and make mealtimes quicker!

Not a great photo but this is one of my favourite asian soup recipes. Hot and sour prawn soup. And you make the stock for this soup using the prawn heads from the prawns you add later. I am sure that is how there is so much flavour!

If you have plain sugar, in your Thermomix in 3 seconds you can turn it into Castor Sugar and in 10-15 seconds you can turn it into icing sugar!
This has saved me a trip to the shop so many times, saves me money and saves space in my pantry as well π
