Words are powerful, they carry the energy of "meaning" and "intention". Start by being aware of the way we talk.
The way we think influences the way we talk and the way we talk affects the way we think. How we communicate with our children becomes their inner voice. If we believe we have power, we believe we can create what we want. Positive communication is the single most powerful tool we can to teach our children to give them the power to take responsibility for their own happiness and make positive choices for themselves.
