This beautiful image from Tim Shaw on the new build by Chronis Building & Design highlight the beauty of sheer curtains. We had the pleasure of installing the window furnishings, opting for a classic white finishing. The sheer fabric allows for light to enter the room without compromising on privacy. Perfect for bedrooms and living spaces.

•KIAMA DOWNS PROJECT• Final level of our lift shaft is complete. It’s a long way down but what a view to wake up to.
Whilst incorporating a lift into construction isn’t cheap, it will add value and allow buyers to maximize the use of their home for years to come.

Our custom made 150x45mm LVL timber frames are designed to withstand the elements, reducing vibration and movement.
Bolted and braced with 316 marine grade stainless steel fixture providing protection against corrosion.

Loving the curved detail.
This project has thrown some challenges our way. The loose ground meant every footing had to be formed. All footings in this shot were cantilevered to bridge the void in the rock shelf underground. The result is some neat levelled footings making life easy for our bricklayers.
