SO WHAT CAN WE RECOVER FROM A MOBILE PHONE?
We offer the very best in forensic data recovery and evidence gathering for mobile devices. At Prime Investigations, we have formally trained Cellebrite Forensic Experts using Cellebrite Forensic Software, the same software AFP, FBI and other law enforcement agencies are using.
In the attached image you will see a number of different chat platforms that have been recovered from the device. Some of these messages may have even been deleted, which is why the number is highlighted red. This means we can recover deleted encrypted messages from the device.
Not only can we recover messages, but we can recover:

If you have deleted data that you want recovered, you will need to stop using your device immediately in order to have the best chance of recovery. Newer mobile phones currently use NAND memory type which means deleted data is more likely to be written over than the older phones using NOR memory.
