My current day was a big protein smoothie for breakfast, big chicken caesar salad for lunch, steak veggies and salad for dinner, 3 kinds of fruits, yogurt, two snack bars and coffee throughout the day. All in 1490 calories.
You don’t have to eat less to eat low calories. Be smart. Learn what’s in what you’re eating. Fit your eating style to your macros to stay motivated.

If you know me you know I LOVE PHO! I have an obsession and have done for years. It’s one of my go to’s!
Here’s how I made a healthy Pho!
🌱 460 CALORIES
🌱 52g Carbs
🌱 11g Fats
🌱 44g Protein
INGREDIENTS:
🍜 40g vermicelli bean thread noodles
🥩 200g Rump Steak fully trimmed
🌿 1 stem of mint leaves
🌶 Fresh Chilli
🌱 50g Mung bean shoots
🍋 Lemon wedge
🥢 20ml Hoisin sauce
🐄 250ml Beef stock
And whatever else you’d like to add
Boil water and soak your noodles to cook, sear your steak on both sides but leave it pink in the middle, boil the stock, chop your chilli, gather your condiments, drain noodles, chop your meat when seared, add it all together into a large bowl! Stir and ENJOY!
This Pho is SO filling and so yummy!!

A lot of my female clients who have recently started at the gym have been asking me to learn deadlifting techniques this week! I can’t stress enough how important it is to work on form and technique, especially for these heavy compound movements, in order to execute it perfectly and safely at the same time before starting to add more weight. Very proud of their starting process and excited to see their growing progress! Here are my deadlifts from this morning, trying to build back up to my old strength 🏋🏼♀️
CONTROL is a very important tool in so many aspects in reaching your goals. Control in your tempo, Control in your workouts, Control in your nutrition, Control in your balanced lifestyle … you get where I’m going with this. Focus on control in more aspects than one and see how your body composition and your results change with it!
