It feels entirely liberating, and incredibly natural. Another aspect of my True Nature unfurling, breathing new life into manifestation.

In celebration, I’ve just created .farrugia.creatrix. At the moment, it’s the barest of bones. A clean canvas. Ready to become a place where this new journey emerges. And a notice board, where works of creation ready to leave my hands and live in the world can be shared.

On the way to her new home 🌀

Rituals are things you do regularly, potentised by your love and attention. The very act enhances and boosts the life force of your life.

Rituals are also a way of transforming your experience of life, by tapping into something deeper and greater.

Ritualising the responsibilities in my life is one of the ways I’ve transformed it from feeling like a dense slog, to one that is relatively easeful and tended to.

Take for example, money and finances and reconciling my accounts. Knowing the importance of measuring numbers up was not enough for me to love it. And I want to love my life. Each and every moment.

So I created a ritual practice for it, which speaks to my heart. With each transaction, incoming and outgoing, I say “thank you, I love you, I value you.” This ritual practice is said to the electricity payment & company & service & Mother Earth herself.

As equally as every investment woven into my Soul Wellness account, via the services I provide. “Thank you, I love you, I value you” to every person, exchange, memorable moment, and the fact that this has been my work for 14 years.

This ritual practice expands my heart, and also reconciles the financial choices I’ve made, that add to the weave of my experience of life.

By ritualising something I used to feel repelled, the experience has become potentised by love, attention and genuine appreciation. My preferred way to live.

Recently a new friend asked: “who do you work with?”

The reality: many beautiful people, all nuanced, in different stages and phases of life.

However, there are a few common threads that connect those who feel called to step into Soul Wellness and work together:

// They are incredibly creative, imaginative, intuitive, and have big dreams for themselves.

There is usually one or two core dreams, or desires, that have cycled in and out for months, years, possibly decades.

A state of being.
An identity to birth.
A business to bring to life.
An idea to manifest.

It’s like swinging around the same roundabout, continuously, without truly choosing a road to travel down.

// In their shadow, they hide and avoid: from themselves, their life, their dreams.

There is usually a hum of discontentment, often a hue of rose coloured glasses, and live in a threshold of life that resonates below the brilliance of who they know themselves to truely be.

They regularly want more, and are self aware & honest enough to know all of this about themselves.

// They want to birth their dreams & desires in their own time, via their own wisdom.

And have also recognised they need an anchor point, and guidance, to help them figure out a way forward that is unique to them.

No carbon copying advice based on another’s life. No thank you.

Nuanced resonant specific intuitive guidance that actually activates and makes a difference. Yes please.

All of this has happened in the days, weeks and months before we align with one another.

After self-reflection. At the point of choosing to discover what it might be like to get off the roundabout and grow.

This is usually when we meet, and begin co-creating together.

What is your daily intent? Your daily devotion?

My most consistent one is: “may I live my highest healthiest timeline today.”

This all encompassing intent, also has a focused through line, which is so perfect and precise to my nature.

This simple act of intending something for yourself, creates a life woven with the energy of your intent. Especially when you yourself commit to it. When you yourself live it.

We are all so worthy, so valuable, so capable, of doing this for ourselves and the lives we weave.

Perspective for those who want to be seen…

Mid Dec, 2023, my family and I celebrated one of our maidens, as she celebrated grade 6 graduation. I’ve already posted a pic. Now comes a story…

Seated within community, whispering back and forth with my sister, I felt the left hand of my mother reach over, and rest on my right shoulder.

I looked over and saw her beaming at me, with a rare and particular glint in her eye. I smiled wholeheartedly in return for a long moment, and then refocused on my niece, in the midst of her ceremony.

Later, Mumma Teah said to me: “Melissa, when I looked at you before, I saw you as a woman. You are beautiful.” And I laughed, saying “after everything I’ve done in my life, now you see me as a woman? None of the mountain climbs, solo living, solo travel, daily devotion to expanding my life, or just generally how I am did it?” She giggled and said “yes.”

It was a beautiful moment of joy, recognition and heart connection. And also one of personal gratitude, that years ago, with the help of another wise woman, I learned how to see myself, instead of waiting for the validation and recognition of another.

An Invitation: Take the deep walk into self-recognition. Don’t wait. Call your power into yourself. Those bits seeking external recognition or validation.

See yourself first, and in time, the world will catch up to what you already know, and see, within yourself.

A Soul Wellness Update // my 1:1 single session, Shamanic Kinesiology, has Evolved into Soul Song 🪶

A few years in the evolutionary making, Soul Song is 75 mins & encompasses an intuitive combination of holistic kinesiology & shamanic arts techniques + my unique soul alchemy/soul medicine, cradled by the loving, expansive spirit medicine of Hummingbird.

Fun fact: did you know, the rainbow feathers of my Soul Wellnessness logo is an imprint of Hummingbird feathers? A nod to one of my initial Shamanic Initiations into living an expansive life.

Interacting with them physically when I lived in North Vancouver (2006/7), I got to know their sweet expansive medicine, that taught me the nuanced power of life. When this is fostered, we have the ability to fly, or hover, in all directions of the heart, bringing the radiance of our soul, to life.

Words spoken to my partner this morning, as I was getting ready to leave our home.

Then I added a melody & sung the words, and we created dance moves too. Because, having travelled the honey moon phase, and the bottom of the pit phase, we’re now in our relatively balanced, joyful, light hearted phase 😆.

“I like that song” he said.

This is the ‘sometimes vibe’ of soul led, heart led life. Adventuring into life, one aligned step, motion, action, at a fantastical time. And the story unfurls. Brilliant.

I’m delighted to present my new Soul Wellness Event: Creative Alchemy. A 6 week course, intuitively designed to awaken, activate, foster and blossom your inherent creative alchemical nature.

Creativity is inherent to the human nature, spirit, and soul. It is not a role, identity or outfit. Creativity is literally life-force, pouring forward from within, devoted to the creation of life itself. Expressed, moment by moment, breath by breath.

My creation studio is coming along so nicely. It’s been a lot of fun settling into the space, feeling into the zones, and allowing creativity in general, to unfurl.

Ideas for life & for Soul Wellness are beginning to pour through. This is a particularly fascinating time, before ideas are fully formed, in the state of potential & possibility. When the wondrous journey of creation becoming something, unfolds.

What is your Soul Wellness?

It seems to me, the new foundations from which to weave our lives in 2024, are calling right about now.

Are you feeling it too?

My soul wellness is focused around three key words, primary values: nourishment, creativity, freedom. Each value building, interweaving & co-creating an expansion to my existing levels of Soul Wellness, which I tend to, daily.

Like most other humans, if I don’t live my Soul Wellness, my energy stagnates, my mind forgets, and I sink into a complacent pit of ok-ness, waiting for something to shift. Until I remember, I’m what needs to shift first, and then everything else does too.

These photos are from my Soul Wellness, lived this weekend. Saturday Farmers markets with three of my favourite humans; my niece, my partner, my sister, where we shared funny stories, and ate delicious strawberries.

On Sunday, I began moving into my new upgraded creative studio. A gift to self, where I weave creative medicine and magic by the calls of my inspired wondering curious heart. Love to my partner, who scrubbed and washed the walls and the floors, so I can move in fresh and energised to dream.

Where do you feel most creative? Where do you feel most alive, and open, and relaxed in your body? What season supports this state of being, best?

The answers to these questions are, of course, changeable, because we’re all evolving, creative beings, at various phases and stages of living with, or surrendering to, life.

Consistently for me though, across time, Summer Mornings by the ocean is where I feel most alive, aligned, creative and soft within my body. It is a magical feeling of gentle presence.

This morning, I’m seated on an ocean walk, listening to water lap and wave over rocks. The sound is melodic.

End of year celebrations have begun as we, a collective of eclectic family members, celebrated our maiden girl graduating from primary school.

Some of you who have been in the Soul Wellness community since 2011, may recall her baby face popping up here, whilst she sat on my lap & gurgled her talk, as I attempted to tap out ideas, courses and blog posts for Soul Wellness.

In the raising of her, it has (and continues to) taken a big loving village. We have been woven together by her presence in incredible life changing ways. I am beyond grateful to be a part of this village, and my personal evolution as a result.

Clearly, I am absolutely, one proud aunty.

As the end of year celebrations continue to roll on, and with my soul fire burning bright, I’ll continue to facilitate all 1:1 services every Wednesday & Friday, throughout the new year period.

Celebrating this Alchemy Code: a thread of my soul medicine.

I began drawing these codes in mid 2014, just before an epic initiation into self-devotion, self-leadership, and learning to stand on my own two feet, with zero safety networks to fall into. Needless to say, it was a wild ride.

Channelling this body of work, my Alchemy Codes, added to the wildness.

The consciousness of each code awoke and unlocked me. Each one becoming a true shamanic journey where I birthed my own medicine.

I’ve continued to work with & channel codes ever since, at specific times of intuitive consciousness expansion.

Personal Soul Alchemy Codes are channelled for those who feel called, and collective codes pop up into 1:1 Soul Wellness sessions.

Which happened with this code today: who came in to teach greater self-value, worth and love. Really, a continuous journey for us all.

Each code contains information as frequencies, interpreted by the recipient in ways that align with them, awakening a sensory sense of the multi-dimensional self in the present moment.

I’m continuing my Soul Wellness work throughout Nov, Dec and into Jan 2024. There’s a lovely energy and potency to my work right now, and I’m enjoying the expansion & natural flow.

Morning celebrations & ritual practices☀️🌿

Body tapping, intention setting, face timing my sister & her family for her birthday, farewelling my partner as he walked into his day, arms up and out “good morning life”, text to my mum “congratulations on birthing your second child on this day, _ _ years ago”, fresh hair… and now dropping into sacred space for a day with 1:1 Devotion Initiation Journey clients.

This is just the beginning.

How do you celebrate your human experience?

Where else can we hear bird song, feel nimble in our bodies, breathe life-force in and out, bask in the glow of morning light, listen to the sounds of the people we love getting ready for the day ahead, nourish our bodies and spirits with alive fruits and foods.

Where else can we feel all our emotions, at the depth, truth and intensity required, as they cycle through, or have inspired thought that resonates the song of our beating hearts?

Where else, other than the human experience can we have these and other moments of quite celebration for the human experience and the lives we choose to lead?

I know deep within my bones, caring deeply about life, develops our spirits and fine tunes the paths we create, and this can only lead to more beauty, more impact, more love, right?

Saturday wandering in magical gardens 🌿

Absolutely yes.

Last weekend I gathered with & dear women I’ve known for a decade or so, for a bespoke incense creation workshop facilitated by Carmen

It was pure joy, having so many plants available to create with, conversations weaving, unique aromatic combinations blending, and of course, learning how to layer & shape pure increase.

With a natural affinity for smoke, fire & plants as medicine, learning to create in this way has been so satisfying.

Gracious gratitude to Carmen for sharing her natural radiance, wisdom, skill, generosity of heart & love of incense creation.

Needless to say, if you’re called to create your own incense, I highly recommend learning & creating with her x
