Touch football update:
All students have had a fabulous day with successes for both teams.

BPS Celebrated Reconciliation Week by showing pride in wearing the colours Red, Black, and Yellow. This is a meaningful way to honor and recognise the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures in Australia.
These colors represent the Aboriginal flag:
-Black symbolizes the Aboriginal people.
-Red represents the earth and the relationship to the land.
-Yellow signifies the sun, the giver of life.
Such events help raise awareness for our younger generations about the history and culture of the Indigenous peoples of Australia and promote a sense of unity and reconciliation.
Tomorrow, we will show our pride by showing our colours.
In celebration of Reconciliation Week, students are asked to wear black, yellow and red.π€πβ€οΈ

Our school soccer team played their Round 2 match of the PSSA Knockout Schools Competition on the 21st May in Merimbula.
We came up against a very well drilled Merimbula PS who had a team of talented and representative players.
It was a competitive match irrespective of the final score 1-5. All students from BPS demonstrated outstanding skills. Harry scored a marvellous solo goal, Tom and Jaxon displaying their skills with a few missed opportunities, and all team members doing their best until the final whistle.
What a outstanding team effort and a fantastic display of sportsmanship.
