The final job of this trip, beautiful Burrum Heads QLD.
Safely back home in Victoria, for now.

If you’ve been waiting for a quote the last week or so, they will be through tomorrow. Had little to no mobile reception most of the time.

Here are a few jobs from the last week.
Spanning from Gembrook, Victoria to Calburra Beach, NSW and currently in Burrum Heads, QLD to start the next.
Just a typical week for Ausbuild!! 🇦🇺

Next week I’m heading up the NSW COAST from Victoria to Ulladulla area then up to Coffs Harbour for couple of annexes.

Still have space on the trailer for another couple of jobs.
So if you’re wanting anything done, send me message and we can see what we can do.

Also another trip to follow to QLD as high as Bundaberg. Also still room available on that trip.

SOLD PENDING PICK UP…

These don’t come around very often.
Second hand annex (built 2019 by myself) as seen in photo for sale, either as is delivered or installed. Aircon not included.

Installation would include replacement of a few panels eg the panel where the aircon was installed.
Installed on your existing van, or could easily add a forth wall and use as a backyard storage or kids room/office or chill out area, away from mum and dad.

Already loaded on trailer ready for immediate delivery or installation.
Won’t last very long.

Plus a flyover and verandah on a property in NSW.

I’ve been getting a lot of emails from Western Australia lately.
So putting out my feelers, and looking for other people contemplating getting an annex over west.

Would need 4-5 annexes confirmed before the trip would be viable, as the costs of shipping materials over west is substantial. So if I can book a minimum of 4 annexes makes it cheaper for everyone as the costs can be divided between everyone.
So if you’re over west and looking for an annex that’s “best under the stars” send me a message and I can see what we can come up with, and look getting a trip together.

I’m currently looking at heading to QLD in about 2-3 weeks time for a couple of annexes.

G’day everyone,

It’s me again! It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted any updates on here.
After a tumultuous few years starting with our favourite times ‘COVID’.
Then having to take on one of Australia’s largest residential builders over the business name I’ve had for the last 17yrs, which is now Ausbuild Aluminium Annexes TM 😉, a huge win for the little guy (me).
Then requiring a number of surgeries to try and fix a snapped bicep tendon, which required another 8 months off work. And battling to accept my body isn’t what it used to be anymore, after 20 years building annexes.
But I’m still here, getting ready to increase the amount of work I’ve been able to do the last few years.
So if I haven’t answered your calls or emails, I apologise.
