hY NRG is a team of young people whose lived experience plays a vital role in shaping headspace services, programs and campaigns. They ensure young people's voices and opinions remain front and centre.

On Wednesday 14 August, headspace was fortunate enough to take the headspace Tamworth book club to see “it ends with us” at the cinema. Based on the highly popular Colleen Hoover book!

yesterday on Wednesday 14 August, our Tamworth CEDO delivered the online safety and cyberbullying presentation to the St Edwards year 5 group! a highly engaged group with so many questions and plenty of lollies that were won!

we are back next Wednesday 21 August to deliver our SELF-CARE-SESH component of the LIFE-SKILLZ project!

An amazing day at Dungowan on Saturday!

Dungowan football club collaborated with our Tamworth CEDO and YRG members for the indigenous round at the Dungowan Recreational Field.

Our YRG member enda delivered an acknowledgement of Country.

The Dungowan team bid off the headspace jerseys to raise funds for our Tamworth centre and YRG!

We have now moved to 201 Marius street and we are open and operating from today!
