CRUMBED CHICKEN TENDERS 📌 SAVE THIS RECIPE, SIS!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Quick, easy, and delicious, these yummy chicken tenders will be a family fave in no time 😍 Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS:
500g chicken tenderloins
2 tsp (6g) ground paprika
1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1/2 – 1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 large (51g) egg
½ cup (50g) almond meal
2 tsp (10mL) extra virgin olive oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD:
1. Mix almond meal, ground paprika, garlic powder, salt and chilli powder in a bowl.
2. Crack egg into a separate bowl and whisk.
3. Dip a chicken tenderloin into egg mix, allowing excess to run off. Then lightly coat in coating mix. Set aside on a plate and repeat with remaining chicken tenderloins.
4. Heat oil on medium in a large non-stick frypan.
5. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through and golden.

2 tbs Honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
30g Chocolate Protein Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

METHOD:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or thermomix and blend until it forms a thick creamy mousse.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Sprinkle some extra cacao powder on top and voila!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
