We're also looking forward to hearing singer, multi-instrumentalist Andy Pobjoy of Piano Bar Geelong at this years Business Charity Luncheon, supporting BCYF Barwon Child, Youth & Family inclusion project.

Andy Pobjoy, founder of Piano Bar Geelong is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, cruise ship entertainer, live streamer, father of two. Spending his childhood years in Geelong, Andy gravitated toward music from a young age. Performing in church from age ten, weddings at age fourteen, and nightclubs from age sixteen, Andy has said “yes” to every gig imaginable, performing at conferences, events, resorts, and luxury cruise liners in six continents.

In 2015, against all “good advice”, Andy took the plunge into small business, opening the original fifty-seat Piano Bar in Little Malop Street, Geelong. The concept was an overnight hit, and since then, Piano Bar Group has grown exponentially, with six venues across regional Victoria and Melbourne, as well as a travelling container bar, employing around eighty staff and thirty performers. Piano Bar Group tackled the challenges of COVID head-on, and despite significant setbacks and perpetual lockdowns, Andy, together with his amazing business partner Aaron Skinner have sustained and expanded Piano Bar Group against all odds through these unprecedented times.
