Getting down and dirty for these footings.

Look at that stunning lawn 🌱🌱🌱. It looks stunning next to the timber gates and monument house 🏠 and shed.
The backyard had been neglected 🥀 as it was a rental for quite some years.
We levelled it out 📐, laid that gorgeous lawn, built a generous garage/shed, separated it into usable sections, and painted 🖌️ the whole lot the most beautiful shade of grey which is Monument.

Saturdays are for loungerooms.
This open plan kitchen 🍴, dining and loungeroom with vaulted ceiling really inspired us, but there was something a bit unusual 🤷. So we made it functional and beautiful!
Sanded and stained the floors, replaced rotting floorboards. Removed unused heater, replaced broken light fixtures, and our favourite thing was removing that pole from the middle of the room! Installed a floating hardwood tv 📺 unit that matched the waterfall benchtop.

It looks ok from the before picture right? Well in reality 🙅‍♂️ the benchtops were painted (which can be a quick fix but just doesn't have the longevity that other finishes do), again the floors were painted brown, and the layout just didn't maximise the space.
So here we moved a wall and changed the doorway 🚪of the laundry to be in the hallway rather than in the middle of the kitchen. New cupboards, benchtops and so much extra storage utilising the walls and putting cupboards there. We also lifted the ceiling to mirror the vaulted ceiling of the loungeroom which really opened up the whole space.
Now a really beautiful space to cook and entertain 🕺💃

After sanding and polishing the floors as they were literally painted 🖌️ brown, we raised the window so that a headboard could comfortably sit below it.

Insulation was also added to the walls as not only are the aesthetics important, but functionality and saving money 💰 on your energy bills is also important to us.
What you cant see is the timber built in cupboards and wardrobe which prior it had a tiny cupboard for storage.

It's now just a beautiful room to be in.

This bathroom had 'already been renovated'.
But when you ran the shower the water would run out into the hallway 🌊, the electricity points weren't hooked up properly and water also leaked through the grout through no waterproofing to under the house rotting the floorboards beneath🤮. Not to mention the inconsistent grouting and uneven tiles.
We fixed this all up, even cut out the floor so that the tiles were in line with the hallway floorboards.
And now how good are the results 👌! Custom bench, matching custom niche, matte black tapware leaving this bathroom look slick!

These clients are going to be able to utilise this space for all their summer BBQs where hopefully they can have family and friends around to enjoy.
