My motto for 2022, drink your Tea. Which shouldn’t come as a surprise from me, but there’s drinking tea and there is mindfully drinking tea. Absorb yourself in the experience, be present and allow your mind to quieten. This mindful practise will allow you to feel and taste the tea. Make it a daily tea ritual and feel the healing. Thank you for the wisdom you have shared in your lifetime and that which will continue for generations to come.

I learnt this New Year’s Ritual several years ago from my mentor Writing a letter of gratitude to 2021 is truly powerful. Reflecting on all you have achieved and overcome. Whilst the letter to 2022 is full of big dreams and an exciting way to start the year. I burn both letters with a healing cup of SpiritualiTEA in hand. May 2022 bring you all you wish for and more. Happy Solstice. The longest day of the year here in the Southern Hemisphere. Like all cycle celebrations, there is an element of reflection. A time to take stock of all you have achieved since the last solstice. A great day to get out in nature, embracing the suns vibrancy. Our Solar Plexus Chakra Tea compliments this celebration. First draft of the Ancestor Tea label is in. I love creating teas, it is quite the process from an idea to making it to this stage, but when the label comes through, it is pure joy. A new Tea Baby is born. My graphic designer Kris Muir is a marvel, he gets me and my business, he is a true gem. Cannot wait to share the 4 freshly labelled teas with you in a few weeks.
