We haven’t posted for a while but after a crazy busy 12 months we have finally had the time to sit back and get reacquainted with social media.
It’s been a long time coming but congratulations to our clients (and long time friends) Karen and Mick who moved into their stunning new home last year. This build was a long time dream for them and we are so proud that we could play a major part in bringing it to reality.
The home was custom designed by Narelle Killmurray and all the finishing touches coming from a well thought out and perfectly planned scrapbook of ideas and wish list. (Kaz had it all planned out perfectly!) The finished result is absolutely beautiful!
The home is a mix of ultra modern with rustic charm that blends seamlessly in its country setting. Here are some pics of the finished results. Enjoy!

Congratulations to our clients Bianca and Rob on the handover of their beautiful new home just in n time for Christmas. The design works perfectly with the rural setting and the view looking down over the Pappinbarra River. The build was seamless from start to finish (after the rain stopped!) and the end result is another quality Sharman Home.

Making some good progress on our Pappinbarra project with this beautiful deck and the roof going on overhead. A milestone in the build but also perfect timing with the current weather. It’s been a trying year so far with the weather but we are very happy to finally get this slab finished. This beautiful new home is situated high up looking over the beautiful Pappinbarra River, frames going up this week. Happy clients!

After 18 months of major renovation work we are back creating some beautiful new homes throughout the Hastings. With a real mix of town and country, we’ll be spreading ourselves out into the hinterland along our beautiful river systems. It's been a pleasure to work with our clients Simeon and Julia, to construct a refreshed, functional home for their young family. The project involved an extension with a new master bedroom and ensuite, a huge new rear deck with Versiclad roofing and an internal renovation to the existing home. Their selections have come together perfectly to create a warm and inviting home.

Renovating has become very popular in recent times and Sharman Homes has been at the forefront delivering some special outcomes for our special clients.
We haven’t done any decking for a few years but this latest renovation in our beautiful home town of Lake Cathie has really hit the mark. Using sustainable hardwoods and utilising Versiclad panel span roofing, this new space has become the focal point of this outstanding renovation. Stay tuned for the finished product over the next few days.

Last month we finished the internal makeover of this home in Port Macquarie. The renovation included new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, WIR, internal doors and Brushbox timber flooring. The addition of Velux skylights in the kitchen/living area allows an abundance of natural light into this beautiful home.

Solid timber floors are timeless! Using sustainable timbers can not only add character, but value to your home. This beautiful renovation situated in the popular Lighthouse Beach area has been totally transformed with a complete internal makeover. The selection of select grade Brushbox flooring has added another dimension to the project and created a warm, inviting ambiance to this beautiful home. Stay tuned for the finished result next week!

Holidays are over 😭 and 2021 is in full swing. We’ve started the year with some renovation projects.

Our last handover for 2020 was the Newport Crescent reno. What an amazing transformation this 80’s gem has had! 🤩 We’ll share some more before and after photos soon (handover day was rainy, not great for photos).
