I remember my first purchase of pearls at the age of 16 i used to wear them everyday whilst working for a gemstone wholesaler.
I was asked by others my age at the time “why am i wearing pearls? As pearls are for old people…” they said, my response was “ I am not old & Pearls are for everyone” now look at the trends around, i would love to know and see what their reaction would be & what they would say today?
