Tallebudgera Valley Home Renovation - Commercial techniques and influences in a residential environment.

For this project we wanted to create something a bit different using techniques from the commercial space and bringing them into a residential environment.

The main focus for the internal space was using the same profile and type of timber, light grey textured wall and ceiling; something that wouldn't normally be chosen for a more conventional home.

The main idea for the outside was removing all garden beds around the property maximising grass and laying stone where possible. Other than looking great it reduces the maintenance needs which is crucial on a large property.

A modern, warm office space for the Perfect Last Bite Hospitality group. We've been lucky enough to work with PLB Hospitality Group many times over the years on number of different hospitality venues. This time it was a little different designing a new office space for the head office team in Northern NSW.

We enjoyed creating a modern and crisp yet warm environment with a black and white colour palette, timber touches and a variety of plants to bring more neutral tones to the space.

A quick and stylish renovation for one of our repeat commercial clients. The brief was to open up the space, making it fresh and white while keeping costs to a minimum with a super fast turnaround.

Keeping within the desired budget we used a standard range kitchen adding some really nice custom timber joinery to lift the aesthetic. In the bathroom we used open shelving with his/hers sinks with matching mirrors while making the custom bench/shelving go to the full length of the wall. This decision helped to make the space feel larger than it was before the renovation.
