FULL DETAILS FOR ROUND 1

⚫️PRACTICE
Practice will be available on Friday 29th of November from 10AM til 6PM for $10 per round for MGC members and $14 per round for visitors. Practice is done via swipe card and will need to be purchased form the bar. For the busy periods sheets will be on each layout for you to write your name in for when you wish to shoot practice. As we have 144 entries we are asking please be considerate and do not hog the practice layouts. If you wish to have more than 2 rounds for the day ensure you arrive early. We want everyone who is wishing to shoot practice to be able to get at least 1 round in.

⚫️TARGETS
Targets used will be Laporte Grand Prix 24 Eco 30 in Orange

⚫️CAFE
The Cafe will be open from Friday thru to Sunday and will be staying open on Saturday night for meals at the club. Feel free to stay back Saturday night for a meal as we draw the raffle

⚫️REF & SCORERS & ROTATIONS
Each round Shooters will rotate 1 position to their right. Example shooter 1 in the squad will start round 1 on station 1, round 2 they will become shooter 2 on station 2, round 3 shooter 3 on station 3 and so on. Shooters 1 & 4 will be required each round to stay back to Ref & score the next squad.

The next squads sheet will be located inside the clip board. Please bring all completed squad sheets to the scoreboard area.

On Sunday it will be squads 13-14-15 who start the day off with the squad rotations carrying on from Saturday.

⚫️CAMPING
Free camping on the grounds will be available with hot showers and some powered sites. No bookings required. feel free to bring your own generator if power is not available at your desired site.

⚫️DONT BE LATE
We have a full house and we are going to need everyone's cooperation, we will NOT be calling for shooters or Ref's and Scorers. All times listed on the schedule are approx only!! Squads will go on as soon as the squad before them finishes. If you are not at the layout when it is your time to compete the squad will go without you and you will be docked all 25 targets as per FITASC rules. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR YOUR SQUAD

Please keep the squad change overs to a minimum. We have 24 waves of squads each day to get thru. 2 mins saved on each squad change overs equates to 48mins for the day!!!

⚫️EMPTIES GO IN BINS
Please note that it is a FITASC rule that ALL empties must go in the bins provided. Failure to do this will see a warning given the first time and a LOST TARGET given the 2nd time. There should be NO empties outside the bin. If you miss the bin please pick up your empty as soon as you can (this also goes for practice).

⚫️ZZ's ON SUNDAY
Southern ZZ's will be running a ZZ competition on Ground 7 on Sunday, All UT competitors are more than welcome to compete in this as you should have plenty of time between rounds to fit this in if you wish. Please note though your UT comes first (this includes Ref & Scoring duties). If you are due to compete at the same time your UT must come first, the ZZ organisers will work in with you to put you on when you finish your UT round. DO NOT MISS YOUR UT SQUAD OR YOU WILL BE DOCKED 25 TARGETS

⚫️GRADING
We have a large number of entries for this event without a UT Grade. Please note if you do not have a UT grading you will be graded after your first 75t on Saturday. Organisers will give gradings based on your scores shot on Saturday which will be final.

⚫️CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds will be given to those who give us enough notice that they can not attend. We have a very large waiting list (over 15 on it) so if you are not able to attend please give us as much notice as you can so we can fill your spot.

The club will have Bronzewing, NSI and Falcon available, please contact Craig Henwood prior to Nov 21 if you are looking to purchase from the club to ensure we have enough on hand for you
