Only one weeks to go for our International Woman’s Day Sound Mediation to be hosted.
Very excited about to seeing everyone in person!
This Sunday we had a beautiful session online to share vibration the connection such a blessing to be able still have internet and everything in our daily life. 🙏
Also, sending lots of blessings to the world which is struggling at this moment with the flood and war. May we all live in the peace ☮️

Feel so blessed to live near by the water, the green the nature. During this interesting, challenging and transition time that I feel so appreciated that here is the river that I can sing to, I can meditate to I can learn to.
Letting go is a processing for the continuation learning of my stubbornness.
Trust is also the processing I am surrendering to.
The most different new lesson might be the balancing and work on grounding.
