It’s been a really long time since I’ve shared here, particularly with any great depths of where I have been journeying.

You see, last year was one of the biggest of my life. Full spectrum big, too. Deeply engrained in my experiences were many lessons. One that really stood out was that in order to reach and expand my capacity to the highest of highs, I am asked to meet myself in the deepest, dark depths.

To be in the dark brings extraordinary contrast to the brightness of the light.

Last year I built my business to be my full time gig. And not only my full time gig, but doing the kind of work that feels like pure magic. Where I’m standing behind, supporting mamas to share their gifts with the world and take those tasks off their hands so that they can be more in motherhood, too. A. Dream. Come. True. On so many levels. This had been my dream for years before this moment.

In the bothness that is our human experience, I also had one of the toughest years to date, in my personal life.

I closed out the year, freshly 30, entering single mamahood for a second time, and feeling pretty lost.

Cue the last few months of some of the deepest healing I’ve journeyed. So much is different now. And as I feel like I’m re-emerging more me and more clear than I’ve ever been, comes the time to re-imagine the possibilities of what to come. Everything I thought was coming looks different now, but, the space and the clarity that is arising has me dreaming bigger and bolder than even I could have ever imagined.

I’ve called in support from so many avenues in this time. I am so grateful for the space that’s been held and the energy that’s been shared with me. But the biggest realisation I’ve had is that we are our medicine. You can do all the healing, mentoring, coaching, whatever, but it’s you who journeys with your healing. It’s you and you. It’s you who decides to grow and change and evolve. And it’s up to you to dream up and claim what you want in this life.

And as I begin to meet myself here, I am SO excited by what’s to come.

There were so many beautiful conversations around what’s coming next, elevating our experiences and all things human design. Seriously the more I learn to more my mind is blown 🤯 big thanks to Jessie who shared so much of her wisdom!

I’ve spent the rest of the evening really expanding on and pondering what’s coming next for me.

And then I opened Instagram and saw a post from .co that perfectly sums up how I’m feeling about entering 2022.

I am here to be an example of grounded, embodied presence.
The more I appreciate and honour my deliberate, considered pace, the more others will as well. When I am responding, my energy field effortlessly attracts the right people and opportunities to me. Responding is my superpower. My magnetism directly relates to my response. There is no need for me to force or initiate. When I allow myself to surrender and trust in my body and my response, everything that is for me will come to me. Trusting in my response and
letting go of the pressure to initiate frees me up to enjoy more
of my life. When I give myself permission to honour my own
pace, everything gets done and it gets done well. I am selective about the people who receive access to my energy, gifts and mastery. I am not here to do everything, I am here
to say yes to work that excites me, amplify life force energy, and feel satisfied in the process. When I prioritise my own satisfaction and pleasure, everyone wins.

I read a poem today that feels like it really encapsulates this time for me.

I asked a wise woman
the difference between
giving up and surrender,
and she walked into the water
even though it was cold
and said across the sound
of the sea that one is to sink
and the other is to lay back
and float.

This year has required a softening and surrender that I didn’t see coming. Boy am I feeling proud of who I’ve been, and am bloody excited about who I’m becoming 💛

ONE YEAR OF BIZ FAIRY LIFE 🧚🏼‍♂️✨

Holy smokes insta fam —
Today marks one year of fully leaning into and claiming the biz fairy life ✨

I had begun flirting with the idea of changing up the way that I supported mamas. A way that allowed me to bring all of my gifts to the table, to be the in the magic of missions greater than my own.

On this day last year I met with the incredible for a biz mentoring session and it’s safe to say I’ve never been the same, since.

Trace helped me turn up my light and figure out how the f**k to make a business out of sharing that light with the world.

A year on, I wake everyday with the most grateful heart.

If you told Em a year ago that she would be full time, fully booked, supporting women that she can’t even believe exist (they’re that magic!) let alone, get to support them and work with them in this way. Ooooft — I think I may have died on the spot.

This year has been the most expansive I’ve ever experienced. And I am just so blown away that this is what I get to do.

Thank you to every single person who has chosen me to help them lighten their load and hold space for their magic. I am floored by all of you, daily.

BRB — crying 😭💛✨

When I was coaching, I would be so excited to bring together mamas for events. A big motivator for me was to create space for mamas to come together, connect and fill their cups. To take some time out just for themselves and walk away feeling refreshed, excited and inspired.

When I became a biz fairy and stepped deeper into my supporter role, I wondered if I’d ever host events again. I’m quite the introvert — but am lit up 🔥 by facilitating support and connection for my fellow mamas.

I often get asked about what elements of coaching has weaved its way into my biz fairy work and I’m really excited to say that my love for bringing mamas together is making a comeback ✨

Hell, the biggest month in my life to date in terms of income — and impact ❤️‍🔥

I’ve had *side hustles* for years. From selling natural mama + baby products (hands up if you’ve been here since Ari & Me days 🙋‍♀️) to my coaching biz I started this time 3 years ago to now feeling completely in my genius, fully booked, working with a handful of magic mamas in the intimate runnings of their businesses as their biz fairy 🧚‍♂️

It’s taken a few years to get clear on what I’m here to do, but I’ve hit my sweet spot and boy oh boy is it juicy AF.
