E15: Coercive Corporate Cash Control = Toxic Behaviour.
I recorded this podcast to help people who are (and have been) exposed to abusive behaviour at the workplace. The managers justified the abuse, as this is what we have to put up with to make money. I thought it was the 2020's.

When I showed that this behaviour kills people and culture, they didn't want to believe it, and refused to believe or take note that employees had doctors reports that would back up their claims. I saw Parliamentary Inquiries unable to stop this behaviour, or any qualification at University.

I decided to help in my own way, and this podcast highlights the game, and shows where it ends. A massive cultural shift is needed. I also found that this group (those exposing employees to abuse) didn't understand high performance and didn't care about humans, it was all fake. I don't want you or the next generation exposed to these behaviours. Please keep this in mind when listening or commenting, as it's one part of a two million word journey.

I found good people along this journey as well, but they were often suppressed, or scared to speak up, as being real would affect their career, so they had to continue being fake. In high performance, we try not to start high performance plans, from a fake location. That's called low performance.

Note: Don't shoot the messenger, as this only proves that she/he wants the toxic abuse cycle to continue.

I developed this podcast to protect people who are being abused at the front lines of society/business. Few people I talked to understood the effects of this toxic behaviour, including people in mental/psychological fields and those who completed a MBA. Even fewer understood that this behaviour is part of our culture, and it's a perceived right of many who want to stand over the current and next generation.

The majority of managers I've met in my life fell for this coercive control tactic and sold out their employees e.g., allowing them to be abused, day in day out. Luckily I met a few good managers over the years and they stood up for their team mates, but they were the minority. With more education (like my series) we can stop this game before it starts.

For tens of thousands of hours it's been interesting to watch the different ways crocodiles behave at Cahill's Crossing. Check out the way this crocodile decides to eat a mullet (fish).
