We are looking for new “Concierge” to join our team.

Our service, Zurili, provides telephone answering services to Chiropractic offices around Australia. We handle out-of-hours calls, holiday calls, spill-over calls or just all calls on behalf of dozens of offices around the nation.

You would be one of our crack team of Concierges who answer calls and book appointments to ensure our nation has ready access to all the benefits of life with Chiropractic.

With our advanced cloud-based technology, you can work from the comfort of your own home wherever you are so long as you can work in Australian hours.

It is important to our clients that the person who answers their calls is an advocate for Chiropractic and of course, has excellent phone-answering and appointment-booking skills.

1. Experience answering phones and booking calls
2. High value on Chiropractic

4. PUNCTUAL and RELIABLE
5. PC or Mac with a headset with reliable internet connection

As a part of a team, you will need to work with our other Concierges to find suitable times and also be prepared to help out when others need to be covered, as they will for you.

Your initial hours wills be: (AEST/QLD time) Monday 9am -1pm, Wednesday & Friday 3pm - 7pm. Making a total of 12 hours per week.

This is a very busy clinic and the successful applicant must be able to multi-task under pressure and manage busy shifts.

The successful applicant will be required to work Tuesday all day, Wednesday afternoon
and Saturday mornings at Caloundra ( total of approximately 19 hours) and be prepared to cover other staff member's shifts in either Caloundra or Buderim if necessary.
