Our July 21 self-love day retreat we welcome Dr Jenna to teach, share and discuss with us the cycles of a woman’s life. Plus, she will be playing her Native American flutes for a meditation! Dr Jenna received her medical education in the United States and is a Board Certified Holistic and Family Doctor. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand Colleges of General Practitioners. Dr Jenna has enjoyed a rich life during her over 35 years in medicine with a wide range of experiences working in private practice, emergency medicine and indigenous health. She was blessed to learn traditional healing from indigenous healers and has combined this wisdom with her western medical training. Plus, we have Groove, Self-Development and Yoga sharing simple and profound exercises to develop self-love. And a delicious lunch. Spaces are limited and bookings are now open.
Another wonderful group for todays retreat day. The Bowen meditation, Groove, Sophia's sound, yoga and tasty quiche were all gratefully enjoyed. Our next date will be announced soon with some new treats .....

We hosted a business, team building, mini retreat with Groove, yoga & meditation this afternoon. Here is our Groove facilitator and one of our very relaxed participants enjoying the final moments of a swim to close the day.

Meditation Australia is proud to be a Registered Training Organisation for the Australian Psychological Society.
Registrations are now open for our second round of webinars is to equip psychologists with meditation tools for their personal use to enhance mental health, resilience and wellbeing, and to provide guidelines for introducing meditation responsibly to their client groups. With new and emergent research showing the mental health benefits of meditation for both clinicians and clients, the program will include theory and science/research, practical activities, and resources to support psychologists and their clients into the future.

Pelvic floor knowledge and exercises can help to: reduce pelvic pain, improve s*x life, stop leaks & bring confidence.

The workshop will provide interesting in depth information on pelvic health concerns, including the link of general balance and the pelvic floor and other concerns such as leaking, prolapse, and pain. The workshop will assist you to have your own routine for your pelvic floor to continue.
