In SEVEN DAYS, Bunnings collection points across Australia will open to accept your generous donations!

On the SIXTH day of , add to YOUR bags: some extra period products.

We recently spoke to one lady who received an and she was over the moon when she released there were TWO packets of pads in the bag.

So today, why not add in an extra packet of period products. If you’re struggling to make ends meet period products are often the first thing to be taken off the shopping list. By adding an extra pack your recipient will be able to manage their period with dignity.

Extra tip: if you’re including pads why not add tampons (or vice versa) to give her choice of what period product to use.

is Share the Dignity's annual event where we encourage everyday Australians to put together bags filled with essential items, to donate to women, girls, and new or expectant mums who are in need for Christmas.

Those that know me well, know how much I love the charity Share the Dignity. Each March and August, they collect and distribute period products for vulnerable Australian's who struggle to afford them each month.

They are also the inventors of the Dignity Vending machine that dispenses FREE period products, and we have several of them in schools, community hubs and hospitals in WA!

If you're able, please drop off period products to your closest collection point before the end of the month. They accept pads, tampons, menstrual cups, period un**es, reusable pads and incontinence aids.

With your help they can ensure no one has to go without period products 🙏
