Stop overcomplicating hybrid/remote working.
Work is just work, wherever it is done.
Great leaders will:
1. Give complete clarity on the highest value work (vs work about work), expectations on standards and timeframes and then let their team get on with it
2. Embrace the fact that their team will come in for each other, not for you or your company
3. Re-recruit, re-connect and re-onboard their employees to reinforce and appreciate their value
4. Always focus on leaving their people more well than they found them
5. Take full responsibility for their energy impact on their team by being consistent
Employees that are in Very Good or Excellent health are more than 4x LESS likely to have retention and disengagement warning signs.

Women experience depression at higher rates than men yet this is rarely talked about.
During the pandemic I've worked with an assessed over 1600 women looking for warning signs of burnout and depression. This article in SheSociety covers what we found.
