Gotta love a baby step 👶🏽

My youngest daughter recently started walking. The waddle is just the best. Falling, up again, little tweak in technique, sometimes a success, sometimes she ends up on her bum, but on she goes - one little brave step at the time 💪🏼

📌 Dreaming big is a scary but exciting aspect of starting a business, but let’s remind ourselves what’s going to help us reach those goals: consistency around a whole bunch of SMALL stuff.

🥴 I want to get better at this, I find myself all too often setting the bar too high, only to end up wasting a lot of time on a whole lot of non-action cause I'm simply getting ahead of myself and missing the first small step. Just me? I don’t think (and sure don’t hope 🤞🏻) so.

✨ What's a small action, little tweak, tiny change, that will have an impact on the kind of business you want to build or the person you want to become?

Whether it's fine-tuning your sales pitch, actually posting the content (😅), taking a real lunch break, or simplifying your admin game, every little action counts. Baby steps, we can all do that one next thing. 💪🚀

☕️ A daily highlight is having a chat with the staff at my local café when getting my coffee
🎯 I have over a decade of experience in sales, customer service and admin roles
🙀 I am not an animal person (should I maybe not have said that?)

🌺 I have lived one year in Hawaii and would go days without wearing shoes (yep 😬)
