A couple of my latest knives. Both are 270mm Sujihikis. Steel is AEB-L at 61 HRC hardness. Blades are hand finished to 800 grit. The lighter handle is stabilised, spalted Tasmanian Sassafras. The darker handle is stabilised Red Mallee Burl with a Box Elder Burl ferrule.
The Sayas (wooden sheaths) are a beautiful mystery timber with Birds Eye figuring.
