Kristy and DeOra making sure they cleared the cross poles at the AHAA National show.
Kristy is a very accomplished Side Saddle rider and Majestic DeOra is the perfect mount.
Both taught by Wendy Tidbold who has given this pair a love for riding aside.
Wendy’s knowledge is incredible and she has made sure the correct foundations are set and that the history is maintained.

DeOra was so beautifully behaved at Toowoomba Royal and ticked all the boxes.
I feel so blessed. This horse is such a credit to her breed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The start of my love for the Baroque.
After purchasing I found out what a gold mine he was and he taught me a lot.
He did NOT look like this when I bought him. I have a picture of the day I bought him home….
He ended up looking so stunning.

Wow! This foal is not more than 5 minutes old and is by our Totilas stallion BML Totality out of Quokka R who is in the photo and has not yet stood up. Quokka R is by Questing R out of Jocelyn Brown R who is in turn by Jive Magic. Jocelyn Brown R had the most amazing piaffe and passage. We are just so excited for this foal who doesn’t yet have a name. We don’t even know if it is a c**t or filly yet! It needs a very special name. The photo shows Quokka R reaching out to her newborn in the first few moments of it being in this world. We are wishing them lots and lots of good luck and a great future ❤️

On Sunday we competed at the SREC and we could not be happier with our Golden Girl 💖 In the Prelim 1B we scored 69.464% and the Novice 2A scored 72.143%, it was like riding a Ferrari! We all cant wait to see what her future brings 🏆🏅

A big thank you to SREC for hosting a great event the grounds were lovely to ride on. Thank you Kristy for all your help on the day and thank you De Ora for being the amazing golden girl we know and love 💛

Early morning riding for a very dedicated young girl. Braving the misty fog and looking amazing.
When Amarli started her legs didn’t go past the saddle flap.
They have grown well together..

When you blessed with a horse with the most gentle soul, beautiful spirit who can teach young riders how to connect with a lovely seat and soft hands.
Our lovely Zaphero is very highly educated and has the kindest heart.
Loves his treats and these two incredible young riders ( brother and sister).

A lovely day at the Dressage today. It was Kristy’s first outing on DeOra.
This Golden girl is a pleasure to take out in every way.
Very happy with the whole day. ⭐️

Amarli is really becoming quite a lovely rider, who would canter all day if we let her.
Sitting correctly and managing this gorgeous horse through some lovely moments.

Jo had a go at a real Garrocha pole today.
She nailed it with her superstar horse.
And to top it off when we took her to our course, this young lady was able to canter past our very large bull and collect the ring with her ( correctly held) pole ( different from above).
Jo has worked with this horse from ( very) green broken-in, to this amazing boy he is now. She has developed a correct seat which has enabled her to achieve so much with no fuss.
And as I say “ the best is yet to come”

Just received our lovely ribbons from the NSW Andalusian Christmas Show.
This was so much fun and they were very clever with their choice of Events.
We will be entering again and encourage everyone who can to enter.
DeOra also won a Stella Equine voucher and a debit gift card.
I cannot stop looking at the Stella Equine website..their selection is just so lovely.
The trouble with beautiful DeOra … everything looks good on her…..what to choose???

Don’t give this girl a challenge. Caitlin is a Student I taught down south and has come for a visit. I gave her challenge to canter past and scoop the ring from our impressive bull.
She did it with style and grace.
If you have a balanced seat you can achieve so much.
Beautifully ridden… yes you surprised me with such skill.⭐️⭐️

And what do we do after Dressage with such a super horse?
Have a relaxing day side saddle and bareback…
This horse is just incredible 🎠⭐️🎠⭐️🎠⭐️🎠⭐️❤️

Incredible weekend just passed. Took this beautiful girl to QSEC as Maria Schwennesson and Mary Seefried were judging. This was her first time in an indoor ( 2nd outing under saddle), and she was amazing. Ridden straight from float to the indoor ( past everything and over the paddock) she looked at everything but obliged. We arrived at the indoor and rode in to gear check between the 2 arenas. Horses, people, and noises everywhere. It was a lot to take in, but she handled beautifully.
I rode the 2 x novice tests for scores of 68.036 and 63.429. Both judges spoke to me after the tests in some moments I’ll never forget. This horse is amazing, with incredible movement and wonderful soul.
I am still in the clouds.
I will have to give a big thank you to my wonderful husband Rob, who was my ever patient support for the day.
Another big thank you to my talented daughter Kristy who has helped train this stunning mare and to Julie ( DeOra’s owner) for allowing us to train this Golden girl.

The most beautiful temperament, with incredible education this horse is a privilege to be around.
He does love water🐬
