Available now and stocked up are these Landcruiser 100 series 1hdfte 3 inch high flow bolt on turbo intakes.
The stock intake is smaller than a high flow turbo compressor so will restrict flow making the high flow turbo pointless.
These are also suitable for a stock turbo and setup.
Fits up to the Factory hose and airbox with no mods.
They can inprove flow, efficiency, reliability and horse power.
A good cheap and easy upgrade with minimal effort or mods to fit.

A high end 100 series Landcruiser 1HDFTE high flow factory turbo.
It is a Level 2 + Extreme billet high flow.
This is aiming for 330rwhp and around 37psi boost.
Heavy duty CT26A chra with a special super back 57mm billet comp wheel, highly custom 9 blade 54mm turbine wheel.
GMT 360 thrust kit, upgraded front oil seal and internal oil drain system
Heavy duty 25psi wastegate actuator and 27mm wastegate
Ported turbine housing.
Bolt on 3.5 inch machined billet hose intake piece.

This is a highly custom build to suit the customers spec or setup.

80 series Landcruiser 1HDT CT26 Ful Billet high flow turbo.
This is a heavy duty vesion high flow using the unique design GMT billet compressor wheel that has a much higher strength design than the the CT26 A billet compressor wheels.
Also a compete redisign of the front oil seal system to assist oil sealing when things, engine related, isn't perfect for turbo's.
The main intension for this high flow turbo design is for durability, quick spool, efficiency, good flow of air and oem fit and look new and yet stock.
To hold this for exchange is $1600.

A 60 series Landcruiser 12HT stock billet upgrade ct26 turbo.
This upgrade is a good lower lever upgrade that is designed to get a little earlier boost, better efficiency and improved reliability with more flow. Only one step up from stock but significantly more modifications in inprovements. Optional Extra's are a early boost turbine housing and a higher pressure actuator spring.

Available now.. GMT 1HDFTE basic high flow turbo.
This option is designed for a good step up from stock while retaining early boost and flow up to 22psi efficiently. Being a relitively lower boost upgrade it can be fitted to the stock engine and ecu and still make a significant difference to performance and reliability. Designed and Built in house. $1600
Added with the GMT 3 inch cast alloy intake will make a good low budget upgrade to the 100 series landcruiser. $300

These are Landcruiser 100 series and 79 series 1HDFTE Turbo high flows. GMT and genuine Toyota off to customers.
The center core is replaced with a more heavy duty CT26A heavy duty high flow version that features many mods and special designed parts. These high flows are the lowest level of the CT26A core HF and can handle boost to 28psi without the excessive lag from a big turbo.
Also on these pics the new 100 series and 79 series 3 inch cast alloy intake that can flow far more air than the stock ones and still fit as oem.

This is a 100 series Landcruiser 1HDFTE basic high flow GMT turbo.
It is for a simple upgrade from stock to handle boost nicely up to 22psi yet not hurt early boost and improves reliabilty. Good upgrade for a conservative setup.

Added to this is the New GMT 3 inch cast alloy intake that bolts on as oem and can still accept the stock hose. Or can be fitted to an aftermarket airbox with a 3 inch hose. Even with the smallest upgeaded turbo, the stock intake is too small.
These look factory and fits in the stock position so zero mods to fit to a completely stock setup. A very simple, cheap and effective upgrade for stock or modified 1hdfte engines. Options to suit 100 series or 79 series.

I have done a few of these Level 1 and level 2 extreme high flow turbo's lately. 4 this month so far.
These are 1hdft and 1hdfte landcruiser extreme high flows I built recentlt with goals in 300 + hp area and 30-35 psi.
The level 1, 2 and 3 are custom builds, so no two are the same. Built to order to suit the vehicle because at this level of hp the vehicle specs vary greatly which effects the way the turbo behaves. Also the customer expects a certain type of performance. An "Off the shelf" spec turbo may not suit the engine or performance expected.

A 1hdfte Landcruiser Level 2 extreme Billet high flow. This is for a customer chasing well over 300rwhp from the 4 2ltr diesel.
The stock ct12b core gets replaced with a very heavy duty CT26 which features bigger shaft, bearings, thrust and improvrd oilseals. It has a special antisurge mod in the compressor housing and a 3.5 inch bolt on hose intake fl**ge.
Boost controll is with a heavy duty GMT wastegate actuator with a base setting of 22psi and this allows a solid seal to the 35-40 psi this turbo can handle. This turbo is a tough one.

These are the highest possible high flows that can be done,anywhere, to the 1JZGTE stock frame Turbo's.
The CT12A cores are replaced with a much heavy duty CT20A (Stage 4) and with extreme ported Turbine housings and Compressor housings along with the extreme ported Exhaust manifolds gets these things flowing well over 500rwhp (I believe 600 is possible) with a stock looking OEM bolt up setup. Although intakes and dumps need upgrading.

A Level 2 Extreme billet high flow GMT Landcruiser 1HDFTE turbocharger.
This is designed for a reliable and efficient 300-330rwhp and up to 35psi.
It features the Special CT26A bearing housing fitted to the ported 1HDFTE turbine housing. A High flow CT26A turbine wheel. GMT 54mm Billet comp wheel, GMT 360 thrust, special designed seals, 22psi base setting wastegate actuator.
Also a 3 inch cast alloy bolt on intake to replace the stock original (which will not flow even on the lowest high flow turbo)

Landcruiser 1hdft GMT Level 1 extreme CT26 Turbo all done for a customer chasing 300hp.
These are not your regular upgraded CT26. It uses a Super back special design billet comp wheel for strength and flow for handling up to 35psi. Housed in a modified stock antisurge GMT comp housing, so it bolts up as OEM.
The Thrust is a heavy duty 360 degree GMT design for good lubrication and fluid flow and a being very heavy duty.
The Turbo wheel is designed for excess flow and minimal turbulence without hurting spool, eliminates the CTF issues on performance diesels, and can sound tough.

A small batch of new GMT CT26 Turbo's are now on the shelf, ready to go.
These are a heavy duty high flow that can handle boost from 16psi to 28psi. Designed for reliability and quick spool for a mid range, high flowed turbo.
It features a "super back" Billet compressor wheel of special in-house design for this turbo and application. Far superior than other CT26A turbo compressor wheel designs. Also, an in-house design , heavy duty 360 thust and front oil seal improvements, and increased internal oil drainage to account for older engines that have blow by or use catch cans. The heavy duty wastegate is set to a minimum of 16psi and can hold closed for 28psi, which is the max rating of the comp wheel before the air gets too hot.

DTS KIT TD05 Turbo upgrade.
The Turbo that is normally fitted to the DTS kits on diesel engines are generally too laggy.
So this upgrade dramically wakes it up to bring it up near as good as the best td05 on the market yet straight bolt on with no fabricating or changes needed.
It gets a 6cm turbine housing and special billet comp wheel with a higher pressure adjustable wastegate Actuator.
This upgrade saves time and money to fix the slug feeling DTS Turbo.

2JZGTE Stage 4 Twin turbo Supra High flows.
This customer is chasing over 600rwhp. On pump fuel. If he uses a better manifold , dump, and intakes, with a good Tuner, these turbo's will flow it nicely, and in sequential.

They are the most capable 2jz stock turbo upgrade available anywhere. Proven over 700hp, and 9 second quarter mile street car. Stock looking engine bay.

Toyota 1JZ VVTI CT15B high flow. Fitted with a heavy duty high flow ct26 chra.
Not a normal ct26 either, a heavy duty version with a special designed front oil seal, drain, and 360 degree thrust, and special designed comp wheel for increased reliability. A special high flow CT26 turbine wheel and heavy duty high pressure adjustable wastegate Actuator.
This is only the first level of the ct26 chra upgrade, which is good for over 300rwkw and a direct oem bolt on setup. Further options above this is level 2 ,3 and 4 for up to 600hp

Upgrade to the genuine 60 series Landcruiser 12ht Ct26 Turbo.
It is the full billet high flow, and is designed as a heavy-duty high flow turbo for boost around 20-25 psi.
The compressor wheel is the "in house" designed Billet GMT 18g 7+7 blade model that is intended to be tough, heavy duty, and flow boost to 28psi, yet not lose low down response too much, which large compressor wheels do.
Also, a special in-house designed and made front oil seal and internal oil drain system to prevent oil leaking into the compressor side, which is common with these older diesel engines.
The wastegate actuator gets a heavy duty can with a minimum of 16psi spring. This allows for boost controller adjustment to very high boost levels without forcing the wastegate open from high EMP. To handle the heavy spring load, the support bracket gets reinforced to prevent flexing under preloaded, plus a nice fresh coat of zinc and yellow chromate.
There are countless other mods including a GMT 360 thrust and housing porting plus machined and lapped wastegate seal for a perfect gas seal to assist boost responce.
All these mods are done to ALL the heavy duty high flow ct26 turbo's, no exceptions, unless a higher grade custom build is requested.

It is that time of year as with previous years, I have been inundated with orders for upgrade Turbo's, so I am fully booked for this year. I cannot give an accurate finish date for future Turbo's because it is too unpredictable with accommodating workshops and issues and a one man show.
I am working through the current orders and I still take orders but I cannot "squeeze" any more in for this year. I would like Xmas off this year.
Sorry for the disappointing news.

Have seen over 550 rwhp a few times with these and supporting mods.
High flowed both ends and extreme ported Turbine housing with larger and unshrouded wastegate. Heavy duty high pressure wastegate Actuator. Also extreme ported exhaust manifolds.

Level 1 Extreme build and gets a smaller AR turbine housing to get boost earlier.
Antisurge stock comp housing, Munro Racing 360 Thust, compressor wheel and bearing housing with special seals.
Freshly re-zinkcoated re-enforced Wastegate bracket to handle the high spring load from the heavy-duty wastwastegate actuator.
Looks good for a 40 yo turbo.
