Hi ๐
My name is Zane and I like to pick things up and put them down. I'm also a pretty knowledgeable personal trainer and a proud co owner with a degree in sport and exercise science , along with an ASCA level 2 certification.
I've been working in the industry for over 11 years, I've been involved in high level sporting teams since I was 16 (I'm now 36 ๐จโ๐ฆณ) , worked with state and international atheltes and have competed in bodybuilding competitions, so it's safe to say I know a thing or two ๐
I specialise in sport specific strength and conditioning, building lean muscle mass, general weight loss and metabolic conditioning.
My coaching philosophy is that I'll have you working hard towards your goal but you'll laugh along the way. "Enjoy the process".

Hey there, Fitstop fam! ๐ I'm Maddie, one of your coaches and proud co-owner of Fitstop Newstead. I've been part of the Fitstop family for the past four incredible years, and let me tell you, it's been an amazing journey - fueled by my deep passion for fitness.
My mission is to support each of you on your health and fitness journey, helping you discover confidence and strength within yourself. From guiding you through workouts to providing personalised fitness advice, I'm here to empower you to become the best version of yourself.

Meet your trainer ๐
My name is Oscar and I like long walks on the beach. But also lifting heavy things, running around, attempting to surf, hiking, reading books that challenge me to think differently, cooking and especially eating nice food. So essentially living a life doing the things that push my limits and truly fulfils me.
Iโve been a personal trainer / coach for about 8 years now ๐ง itโs pretty much all Iโve ever done so Iโve learned, changed my mind and re-learned a lot. Training has become a tool to enhance the rest of my life and those I work with. Understanding what people are capable of is fascinating to me.
I love working with people because people are awesome and everyone has massive potential and something unique about them to be uncovered. Iโm just hoping I might be a part in finding that out using some of the tools Iโve learned along the way.

โญ REFINE YOU RUNNER UP โญ
A huge congratulations goes out to Lindsay (who was only out done by his sister as the winner ๐) who also crushed our latest challenge. Lindsay had an amazing challenge and even worked around his finger injury which limited his training slightly. He allowed his diet to do the work and trained where he could and still made awesome progress.
Lindsays amazing stat's over his 6 weeks;
- Lost 3kg in fat and maintained all his lean muscle mass!
- Increased his deadlift to 3 x 130kg!
- Increased his bench press to 3 x 110kg!
- Increased his squat to 1 x 110kg
- Learned and implementated a sustainable eating pattern and discovered through eating the right foods he can always be full/satisfied and still lose weight and gain muscle ๐
