Sewie out for an adventure in our own backyard... A long weekend packrafting mission on the Weld River. A 3-hour bush 'crawl' into the river, followed by 3 days of continuous fun whitewater and relentless log jams...

Happy River Trip.. Happy river = happy times (except for the scary time.. like when I thought I was going to fall of the ridge into the abyss, or when mumma grizzly bear charged at us while paddling past her and her two cubs... or when being pursued by a black bear up the trail..) But other than that, it was a FANTASTIC trip! Amazing Alaskan mountain, classy classy continuous whitewater and stunning all around! Massive thanks to Rhy and Billie for giving us wings and making dreams come true!

Part lll - packrafting the Chierstone… high snow melt made for early starts and off the water early as the river grew 10fold in the afternoon!! massive thanks to for the beta, and going out of their way to ensure our safety!
