BUILDING AND PEST INSPECTOR: A qualified inspector (not a family member) will give you comprehensive feedback on the property before you make a decision to buy or not.
BUYER'S AGENT: Opposite to a real estate agent who represents the vendor, a Buyer's Agent will help you find the right property with the right price, and will often do the negotiations for you.

Doing these 3 points will help you bring down your loan faster!
Firstly, interest is calculated daily and charged monthly. So the goal is to bring down the principal balance to avoid more interest being calculated.
1. Pay weekly
2. Redraw - transfer funds into the redraw (home loan) to bring down the balance.
3. Offset - the funds in the offset will directly link to the home loan; the more funds you have, the more it will offset the home loan balance. Customers often treat the account like an everyday banking account.
