The Oceans Of Energy

Thank you to the Australian Centre Christianity and Culture for hosting us at their magnificent venue overlooking Ngunnawal and Ngarigo country Lake Burley Griffin, Brindabella Mountains and restored grasslands. To George - Wagiman Northern Territory lawyer boss-man who wrote the Forward - thank you for attending and for your belief in the project and your acceptance of me as a non-Aboriginal person writing with Aboriginal people. To my very excellent friends and colleagues Rita and Lanthe who both gave endless listening and heart full encouragement - thank you. Thank you Rita  for bringing us into discussion and thank you to Lanthe for the Acknowledgement to Country in Ngunnawal language. To Barbie, Editor and book producer from Writing with Light - your patience is astounding - 100 thank you's would not be ample.

This book is nine years of work, conversations and travel to remote and dusty places with incredible healers, teachers and elders who consistently inspired and showed me that "Medicine is in the land. People's healing cannot be separate from the land."  

May the book now travel to where it has work to do.
