You will be involved in removing and fitting OTR mining tires, complete thorough tyre maintenance, conducting regular tyre pressure checks, making any required adjustments, and reporting to your supervisor.

• Cert II AUR21920 Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy
• An understanding that safety is paramount, with a commitment to detail to abide by site safety procedures
• You will need Standard 11, and available to attend a Coal Board Medical
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

What’s the day-to-day of your role like?
My role is varied, ranging from supervision of the Tyre Bay, safety, compliance, data entry, inventory management, working with production to improve tyre life, carrying out pit inspections and reports to implementing improvement projects.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love seeing my team learn and grow and seeing the enthusiasm they have to be a part of the journey we are on to improve the Meandu Tyre Bay
