Last IntuitDance class for the year tomorrow 20.12.2022 at 8am. We Move and Heal in this sacred green space next to the Magickal Forest.
There is a lot to process and move through the body right now... it will be a safe space to feel, release, accept, dive deep, and allow yourself to be danced by Spirit.
IntuitDance - where share circle meets dance, energy healing, meditation and what ever intuitively arises in the Now moment.
No expectations. No choreography, No judgement. Just permission to be you. Dance your way and follow the guidance.
A 1.5 hour journey for your physical, emotional & spiritual wellness: $30.

Goat Wrestling highlights gratitude for somatic education.
So, here's the thing about practicing conscious movement, you can be innocently guiding a big boy goat into his house for the evening, when his horn accidentally, somehow gets stuck in your glove, he freaks out, drags you along with his strength throwing you around, so you then need to wrestle him to the ground to keep him still, so you can remove said horn from glove, resulting in injured wrist, twisted ankle and reactivated knee and hip injury, BUT, you are still able to promote and embark on a 6 week movement program that will have you leading a one hour class plus 6 daily 15 minute sessions, without any physical barriers, as you have learnt how to move in ways for your Now Body, that bring ease, healing and conditioning. Thank you for over 10 years of somatic education and experience to bring me to this point.
