Dear Franco Cozzo, for those of us who grew up in Melbourne, we all knew you❤️. You were on our televisions and you were everywhere. A unique figure, who made Italians proud to be Italian.🇮🇹

In your quirky and confident way you totally owned the stage and turned furniture sales into entertainment for us all.

Your furniture was everywhere! It was an iconic look that dominated our upbringing, in the homes of our ancestors.

You may not have realised how many more you inspired to be proud, just like you. At a time when it wasn’t that easy. And to carry on keeping our heritage strong and at the forefront of our lives.

At , we do this everyday. With passion. And we are so honourned to have been able to host the celebration of your life here at Oliva Social yesterday after your funeral.

My father who sang your song, would have been so proud to see that somewhere and somehow, the stars aligned for our families on this occasion.

How fitting, perhaps Tony and Franco made this happen up there in Heaven.

To your family, 🙏🏽❤️thank you for choosing . We sincerely hope you all had the chance to have a memorable day in honour of Franco.
