Being co-convenor of SydCon23 was a role that I am so grateful to have pushed myself to do. To lead a team who believed in my vision and why I was running this event, who truly amazed me with their ideas and passion to deliver a meaningful and enjoyable event for our delegates. The challenges faced along the way taught me numerous lessons in thinking laterally, coping under pressure, and the importance of creating cohesive and positive team environment.
