Details:
$15 per knife
Wrap your knives in a towel & have them in first thing Monday morning- 9am. (You can drop over the weekend, and the friendly folks at The Cooks Kitchen can hold your knives if you can't pick up on Monday)
I'll text you when I'm starting your knives and when they're finished. Guaranteed sharp and ready to go!

What a day of learning new skills. Now I have a better idea of how these different knives are used in processing game. ...and DIY is delicious!

These old beauties would not cut! ..but my how they sing after a good sharpening! There's no steel like old steel.... these babies are hair popping sharp now and readyfor many more years of use!

This Wüsthof Chef's knife met a pork bone -less than a week after she came home! Ugly dents lead to uncomfortable questions... sad stories. Sigh... Cheer up - there is hope for you! 😀

Serious knife problems?
A customer recently reached out for some help with this broken handle. Much thanks to dragons_fire_forge for working on this one and taking me through the process. A stellar finish on his custom scales- an upgrade from plastic to G10.
That should last a lifetime.

This knife was narrowly saved from the bin! Ok, so technically you can use a knife in the garden, but you'll need to see me when you're done....and that's ok, I'm up for it! 😅

Kalgoorlie based maker Peter "Coxy' C***s ( on instagram) will be returning to exhibit at this year's Perth show. Peter is a versatile maker with creations ranging from kitchen and utility knives, mokume gane and damascus patterned steels, coins, key rings and much more. We particularly love the look of Peter's patterned damascus paired with Aussie timbers and can't wait to see what's on his table at this year's show!

Marc Stewart established Marc Josef Knives through an interest in Japanese crafts, kitchen knives and Marc's desire to further broaden his skills in his career as a metalsmith. Initially undertaking a course at Eveleigh Works in 2018, the hobby continued to evolve into what it is now a part time business run out of Marc's workshop on the NSW South Coast. Having exhibited at the 2023 Sydney Knife Show, Marc is now headed west to take part in this year's Perth Show.
