So happy I can now appreciate this beautiful Jungle Huntsman for the glorious creature she is and set her safely outside in nature where she belongs... 🥰

Ever vigilant, always near. She watches over me and our house, protecting us from things unseen.
In return, all she wants is good food delivered daily, morning snuggles, comfy chairs in the sun, rolls in the dirt, and good chin scratches.
Her purr never fails to make me smile.

A couple of weeks ago I was in a deep meditation when a beautiful Grandmother Spider came and gave me a big hug, asked me to trust and connect with her, and helped me release my lifelong fear of spiders.
This morning a lil fella just like this decided he wanted to say Hi... by crawling on the inside of my van windscreen, at 4am, on a rainy day, on the way to the markets.
There was still a bit of anxiety, but after asking him very nicely to allow me to help him exit my van, 15 mins later he was safely stowed on the curbside and I was on my way again.
It is so liberating to free yourself of the fear you carry... ❤
