Our Story
WOLFGANG KELKE, Master Pastry Chef, is the mastermind behind King of Cakes. His passion for culinary excellence has seen him work in some of the world's finest restaurants and cake shops. With a wealth of technical expertise, he combines traditional artisan baking methods with family recipes. This unique blend results in the delicious traditional cakes, breads and pastries that come out of the King of Cakes artisan stone ovens.
Wolfgang adds his own secret blend of spices to recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation that will entice your tastebuds and invigorate you soul.
