We asked Alex at Just Char Kway Teow to tell us more about their business, this is what he said:

"Just Char Kway Teow is a small family business whose aim is to share the tastes and flavours of Malaysian street food to the public. They specialise in Char Kway Teow (fried noodles) and Nasi Goreng (fried rice). Cooked by a Malaysian, the food is made fresh onsite and is as authentic as you'll find it. They have even made vegetarian, vegan and gluten free versions without compromising on the flavours. In addition, their food is completely nut free and they don't add any MSG.

Their operation is also environmentally friendly. They are single-use plastic free, their cutlery is 100% compostable and their dishware is 100% biodegradable made from sugar cane pulp."
