“What’s the difference between a regular Machine Weft and the Flat Weft?”

On our left we have the Machine Weft. This has been the most common weft application type for many years. Also known as a “weave”. The hair is sewn together by a machine on a thicker weft. It is very durable, although slightly bulkier at the base/root. They are suited for medium to thick hair as they can be easily concealed. They are designed to allow for cutting them to customise the width for each clients needs.

On the right we have our Flat Weft. The concept is similar to the machine weft, however the hair is attached to an ultra-flat lace weft. Almost paper thin! The thickness is only 1mm. It sits incredibly flat on the scalp and is extremely comfortable, as though it’s not there. Because it is so thin, it is discreet and 100% seamless. It is also flexible and easily customisable. This type of weft extension is suitable for all hair types, however highly recommended for fine hair as it is ultra flat and seamless, it won’t be visible even through gappy hair.

“What’s the difference between invisi-tapes and regular tapes?”

We get asked this question a lot. Hopefully this helps!

On the right we have our regular tape extensions. As commonly known, they are attached to a medical grade adhesive tape. The hair is attached under the tape, although the tape being transparent, it is still slightly visible.

On the left we have our invisi-tape. The hair is also attached on a medical grade adhesive tape, however it is designed with the actual hair coming out from the top, covering the tape tab. This creates an even more discreet and invisible appearance, even when the hair is exposed!

Swipe left to see our invisible tape tab applied on a head. Notice how seamless and undetectable it is. This is what makes our Seamless Luxe invisi-tapes superior to regular tapes. 🔥
