I hope you all had a great week. I must admit, the cold got to me a bit this week! For any who are struggling to keep colds at bay, I recommend carrying an aquamarine with you. As we are entering Mercury Retrograde, aquamarine can bring a sense of peace and calm. This stone also helps to keep viruses and colds at bay, supporting your immune system. Obviously, seek assistance from your healthcare professionals as needed. But crystals can be wonderful partners to support our wellness.

I picked the Liminal Spirits Oracle by Laura Tempest Zakroff because I feel that “in-between” energy right now. As we move towards the 8-8 Lion’s Gate, which brings with it a shift, I feel we are in a liminal state of observation and realisation. Does anyone else feel that way, too?
