Cooking class and wellbeing session
Our very first event is a wellbeing focussed inspiriational dining experience at the wonderful Bloom.
You will enjoy a divine three course dinner by the exquisite team at Bloom, together with a cooking demonstration and wellbeing session with Dietician, recipe creator, cook and food stylist .mandy.
Mandy will provide you with tips and inspiration for creating similar dishes at home to those enjoyed at Bloom, connecting with food, and mindfulness for cooking and eating. You'll take some recipes home and lots of inspiration.
The dinner will be paired with beautiful wines or the option of non-alcoholic beverages.
A night of connecting with like-minded people, this event is suitable to attend by yourself, with friends, or perhaps a great incentive for some team members, providing an inspirational and informative wellbeing dinner experience.
And, for additional inspiration for entertaining and enjoying food in a beautiful setting, and Nadia will be providing a small workshop for creating beautiful tables at home.

Join us on a Hike on Mondays starting this Monday 27 May! Meet 6am at Morialta Falls Car Park (near toilets). Will do a 45min hike. All welcome.
