‘Haven’ is a garden created representing the tree and shrub growers of Victoria for the International Melbourne Flower and Garden show. The flowering gums (Corymbia ficifolia) are now in flower. A popular street tree around Melbourne and the peninsula. Love these red flowers!
First time in 6 years I saw our purple cabbage palm plants flowering. And the smell is sweet and fragrant (Cordyline Australis)

I was staring at this tree moving with the wind like a breathing green lung.
The Golden Elm has a light green colour foliage, turning yellow and then golden in Autumn. It has a massive canopy that reaches 15 metres wide. Spot the bench underneath to determine the size of it.
