We love repeat customers and strongly believe in word of mouth so we want to make sure you are happy. You can be confident when you shop with us and we believe that with good communication any problem can be solved. HOW TO ORDER

We have a few core products but most are sourced in limited quantities. If you are interested in something, please don’t delay as you may miss out. If an item is listed as out of stock, please get in contact with us as we may be able to arrange for an additional order. Please note; there will be a 3 to 6 week lead time from our suppliers. Orders can be made by leaving a comment SOLD with a size or colour option (where applicable) on the picture of the product you want. (Paypal, Direct Deposit or Cash (if you are local to Langwarrin for pick up). We will arrange for a tax invoice to be emailed to you with our payment details. If you have requested to pay via Paypal an additional Paypal invoice will be issued. We kindly request that payment is finalised as soon as possible and will hold your order for 48 hours (unless otherwise arranged). Unfortunately, if payment or communication is not received within this timeframe your order will be returned to stock. We are a small business and trust you understand our position. If someone else has already commented SOLD on an item and you are interested, please comment NIL (Next In Line) as they may change their mind or if payment is not arranged in an appropriate time frame the item may be returned to stock. POSTAGE

Where we can we will combine postage and charge the lowest price possible. Postage ranges from $2 up to $12.95 (for 3kg). All items will be posted with Australia Post. The following postage & handling tiers apply:
Small Letter $ 2.00 (DL envelope up to 25g)
Large Letter $ 3.50 (A4 envelope up to 150g)
Satchel 500g $ 7.95 (Tracking number provided for medium sized orders up to 500g)
Satchel 3kg $12.95 (Tracking number provided for large items or orders between 500g & 3kg)

DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will be posted within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Once posted it normally takes 1 – 2 business days to be received, however on some occasions it may take as long as 4 business days (according to Australia Post). If you require an item urgently, please let us know and we will organise to send your order via express post (additional fees may apply). Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in post. We are happy to provide registered post for an additional cost. Should you have any problems receiving your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will assist where we can. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds are available for faulty items. We check each item prior to posting to avoid sending you something that is less than satisfactory. In the event that your item is faulty or damaged in the post we will refund you the full amount paid for the item, less the postage cost. We will accept exchanges; however the cost of the additional postage will be the buyers responsibility. As we have very little margin in our products it is not viable for us to offer free postage.
