The skill set and fitness of the players has gone from strength to strength.

The DRAFT sports management Aussie rules pre season program is ready for first bounce next Friday. We still have a few spots available for players keen to get a head start on their opponents.

Sessions run every Friday from 28/1 from 6pm at Johnson Park Lambton.

Players will receive skills, technique improvements, fitness and mentoring by current representative and first grade Singleton coach Neil Barton

As the sun sets on another year, I would once again like to take the time to thank everyone for their amazing support.

2021 was the biggest year by far for this little company and that was even with the enforced break thanks to Covid.

As the last part of the year set in, we extended our services with the addition of the to aid athletes in their recovery program.

2022 is just around the corner and we will be ready to go from Jan 3, with training sessions, recovery sessions, relaxation massage as well as all of our other amazing services.

We would like to wish everyone a fantastic break with their family and friends and we will see you all next year …..
